My Caribbean - the seas of abundance!
Just walking on the beach listening to the rhythmic waves and finding treasures all around is enough to evoke the attitude of gratitude! I am reminded of
Wallace Wattles' book on gratitude (author of the Science of Getting Rich and inspiration for the "Secret"): He says gratitude does bring you more good, but that is not the only reason to practice gratitude.
Gratitude is a preventative, because without gratitude it won't be long until your thoughts will flip into the what's wrong -- what's missing -- and then you can only attract more of what's wrong and what's missing. Gratitude not only invokes the law of increase of your greater good, but it's a preventative of the downdraft of moving into the ideas and feelings of what's wrong creating more of that.
Here's To Gratitude,
