Ignite the Flames of Passion this Valentines Day or any day ...

Walking along Vessup Bay and on the opposite side of the road next to the Ritz Carlton on the East End of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands happily I found some lovely baby fire coral. What an amazing find.

While meeting up with fire coral in the water can be a real "fiery experience", these small and delicate specimens inspired this line Fire Coral Collection  -preserved in jeweler's grade resin for your enjoyment whether valentine's day or just another passionate day in your life.

Why Island Life Could be Paradise!

Scientists tell us that falling water and large bodies of water produce what are called negative ions, -- the state in which it is easier for us to have clarity of thinking.

Life in the Caribbean islands surrounded by a large mass of crystal clear waters that reflect the clouds above - could this be why we love our little island of St. Thomas?

Gratitude Latitude Attitude!

My Caribbean - the seas of abundance!

Just walking on the beach listening to the rhythmic waves and finding treasures all around is enough to evoke the attitude of gratitude! I am reminded of

Wallace Wattles' book on gratitude (author of the Science of Getting Rich and inspiration for the "Secret"): He says gratitude does bring you more good, but that is not the only reason to practice gratitude.

Gratitude is a preventative, because without gratitude it won't be long until your thoughts will flip into the what's wrong -- what's missing -- and then you can only attract more of what's wrong and what's missing.
Gratitude not only invokes the law of increase of your greater good, but it's a preventative of the downdraft of moving into the ideas and feelings of what's wrong creating more of that.

Here's To Gratitude,
Justine
